In 2020 (right before the infamous pandemic), I was a part of the team that created and managed a three day incentive trip where 1,600 people got to attend the Super Bowl and a private dinner with Super Bowl legends. After the incentive, those 1,600 attendees joined 5,400 of their colleagues on one of two cruise ships (Royal Caribbean Symphony of the Seas and Royal Caribbean Oasis of the Seas) for their company's yearly conference. We utilized two different cruise ships so there would be enough seating at the various venues within the ship for every attendee.
